Wm Milne Tarpaulins commenced
trading as a limited company in 1970 and was recently acquired by the current
owner Mark Wilkie.
Tarpaulins
The company manufactures a
wide range of tarpaulins in various materials and colours
c/w eyelets and ropes or bungee. In addition we can manufacture shaped
tarpaulins to cover complex equipment such as "Christmas Trees" as
required in the oil industry as well as individual car trailer
covers.
Another aspect of this side of
the business is the manufacture of a variety of PVC flags, banners, pennant
covers and signs as used by the advertising and graphic design sector as well
as tar covers for the construction industry and netting covers for skips and
containers.
Various types of straps with
D-rings and buckles are also supplied.
A fairly substantial part of
the business is involved in the repair of tarpaulins, covers and lorry curtains

supplies/chemicals/wipers
The company also supplies
various janitorial products such as paper towels, bleach, disinfectant. soap etc, as well as car cleaning products &
cloth wipers.
